Stir-Fry With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    1 large onion (in rings)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    rice, cook and add fresh herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon balm - small amounts)
Preparation
    Slice steak in thin strips.
    Place in stir-fry pan with oil and brown slightly.
    Add cornstarch and water and stir.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes with lid on.
    Serve with herbed rice.
