Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rutabagas (yellow turnips, not white)
    1/2 to 1/2 c. brown sugar or to taste
    1/2 to 1/3 c. sour cream or to taste
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and steam rutabagas (turnips).
    Do not boil. When tender, mash.
