Chicken Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 chicken breast halves, cut up
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can broccoli cheese soup and milk
    Velveeta cheese
    Cheddar cheese powder (optional to taste)
    1 to 2 c. rice
    water
    milk
Preparation
    Saute onion, cut up chicken and broccoli until most of the margarine is absorbed.
    Add soup with 1 can of milk and Velveeta cheese to taste (also cheese powder to taste). Add rice.
    Use equal parts of milk and water to match amount of rice.
    Cook until rice is tender.
