Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli (20 oz. in all)
    1/4 c. chopped onions (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 roll Kraft garlic cheese spread or Cheez Whiz
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1 c. raw rice, cooked before mixing
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
    Saute onions, mushrooms and celery separately in butter.
    Add soup, cheese, broccoli and cooked rice; pour into a baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
