Ingredients

2 large cans beets, coarsely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown onion in oil.
Mix all remaining ingredients in the skillet with the onion. Serve hot.
