Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cucumbers, onions and bell pepper.
    Let stand 1 hour; drain.
    Let sugar, vinegar and celery seed come to a boil; pour over cucumbers.
    Let cool a little.
    Put into containers and freeze.
    Thaw before serving.
