Beef In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
6 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cut steak in cubes.
Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in bag and shake to coat.
Brown in pan with oil.
Combine all other ingredients.
Add to steak stirring over medium heat until steaming.
Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice and English peas.
