Spanish Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. stewed tomatoes, drained (Italian-style is better)
1 can green beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon in a large Dutch oven.
When almost cooked, add onion and bell pepper until browned (sauteed).
Add flour and stir, mixing ingredients thoroughly. Add tomatoes (cut them up some) and green beans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
