Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Combine and add enough water to make 2 cups.
After cake is cold, ice with whipped cream or Cool Whip and spread with fresh or frozen coconut.
Put in refrigerator.
Best made the night before or several hours before serving.
