Herbed French Bread Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. each thyme, parsley and oregano
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Let foam.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Mix and knead 5 minutes.
    Place in large greased bowl to rise one hour.
    Knead on floured surface with herbs.
    Divide into 3 loaves, brush with butter, stretch into long loaves and bake on a cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Cool overnight.
    Slice thin, brush with butter, put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    Store open for crispness.
