Turkey Chili(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey *
    1 (6 oz.) can (no salt) tomato paste
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 c. dried kidney beans, cooked
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    30 fat-free saltines
    1 c. water
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    *May substitute 1 pound lean ground beef.
