Hawaiian Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple and liquid
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 16-ounce can sour pitted cherries, drained
    1 3-ounce box orange gelatin
    5 bananas, sliced
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 - 9-inch pie shells, baked
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, sugar, and flour.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add cherries and gelatin.
    Cool approximately 10 minutes and add bananas and pecans.
    Fill pie shells.
    Chill and top with whipped cream.
    Serves 18-24.
