Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced or 2 squash and 2 zucchini
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt, divided
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt, divided
    1/4 tsp. pepper, divided
    1/8 tsp. basil, divided
    1/8 tsp. oregano, divided
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place zucchini in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with half of seasonings.
    Layer tomatoes and onions.
    Use remaining seasonings.
    Top
    with Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
