Quick Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 lb. cooked green beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Stir flour, salt and pepper into butter; add 1 cup milk and cook until thickened.
Pour over beans.
Sprinkle cheese over top and brown under broiler.
