Baked Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 ready-to-cook frying chicken
Preparation

Combine oil and seasonings.
With a pastry brush, rub mixture well into each piece of chicken.
Place layer deep in shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn pieces and continue baking for 40 minutes longer or until tender.
