Sunshine Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
18 to 20 mini marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3 c. coarsely crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Beat butter, milk, sugar, salt and pepper into potatoes.
Form 2-inch balls with marshmallow centers; roll in corn flakes.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
These can be frozen ahead and baked directly from freezer for 45 minutes.
Makes 18 to 20 potato balls.
