Cheesy Burger And Green Chile Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.5 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. instant rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Stouffer's Welsh Rarebit (defrost according to pkg. directions)
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chiles, drained
    1 lb. ground beef, fully cooked and drained
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Mexican-Style diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine broth and onion in medium skillet; bring to boil, add instant rice. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add Welsh Rarebit, chiles, beef, tomatoes and ketchup. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until hot and thickened. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
