Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. fine shredded cheese
    any raw vegetables, finely chopped
Preparation
    Bake rolls flat.
    Punch holes with fork; roll so rolls will not raise too thick.
    Bake until golden brown; cool.
    Mix the cream cheese, soup mix, dressing mix and sour cream until well blended.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Sprinkle vegetables and cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
    Cut into squares.
