Scrambled Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salad oil
    3 c. thinly shredded cabbage
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped finely
    1 thinly sliced onion, separated into rings
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place salad oil in skillet.
    Heat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 5 minutes, no longer.
    Stir once while cooking. Makes 6 servings.
