Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 minced onion (medium)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pod cayenne pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Add more cayenne pepper if you prefer your cornbread hot.
