Spanish Meat Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped pimiento
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and pack in a loaf tin or ring mold.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
