Lemon Dainty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Combine margarine, salt, sugar, flour
    and mix well.
    Add egg yolks, milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Beat with rotary egg beater until smooth fold in egg whites.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Set in pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
