Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread (no crust)
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    butter
Preparation
    Butter bread; cut into pieces.
    Mix rest of ingredients together.
    Place bread in casserole or souffle dish; pour mixture over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
