Zippy Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1 large cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
2 tsp. each: lemon juice and horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Drain clams; reserve liquid (if necessary add milk to make 3 tablespoons).
Add to cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chips or crackers.
