Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 roll Ritz or Town House crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place margarine in medium size casserole dish and melt.
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Mix together broccoli, egg, soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and 1/2 of crackers.
    Pour melted margarine over mixture; mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Cover with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crackers brown well.
