Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper and garlic salt to taste
    4 slices cheese, chopped
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine onion, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chopped cheese, bread crumbs and egg in bowl. Mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place 1 slice cheese on each chicken breast. Top with bread crumb mixture. Roll up to enclose filling, securing with wooden pick. Dip in melted butter; coat with flour and Parmesan cheese. Place in baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
