Colache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. cut green beans
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
    2 c. frozen or fresh whole kernel corn
    1 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan.
    Add onions and saute until softened.
    Add zucchini, green beans and pepper; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
