Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In small skillet, gently shake sesame seed over low heat 5 minutes just until golden brown.
In food processor, puree toasted sesame seed, garlic, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup oil until smooth. Add chickpeas, lemon juice and remaining 1/4 cup oil.
Process until smooth.
Stir in parsley.
Serve with pita bread.
