Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, chives, thyme or sage or dried herbs of your choice
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan
Preparation

Scrub and rinse potatoes.
Cut into thin slices, not cutting all the way through.
Place potatoes in baking dish.
Fan slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more until lightly browned, cheeses melted and potatoes are done.
