Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. carrots
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, raisins and nuts.
    Mix in carrots.
    Pour in cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
