Chicken Fry Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 lb. potatoes
    3 qt. Miracle Whip
    4 doz. eggs
    1 c. sweet relish
    2 c. chopped onions
    celery seed and sugar
    shredded carrots
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on.
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Mix Miracle Whip, chopped eggs, relish, onion, celery seed, sugar and shredded carrots.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Serves 50 to 75 people generously.
