Chinese Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small onions
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 c. hot water
hard noodles (Chinese)
Preparation

Chop onions and celery. Brown with hamburger. Add rest of the ingredients and bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Put hard noodles on top and bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.
