Banana Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 tsp. curry powder (to taste)
    1 c. milk
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion over low heat in butter until clear and golden. Add curry powder and milk.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add bananas. Cook 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot fluffy rice and hot shrimp.
    Accompany with flaked coconut, chutney and chopped peanuts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
