Catfish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish fillets
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt
    3 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    hot pepper sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large pan.
    Add flour and stir until brown.
    Add some water gradually with stirring.
    Add all ingredients, except fish and rice.
    Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add fish and simmer additional 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
