Greek Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled, cooked in large chunks and cooled
    1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix cooled, cooked potatoes with all ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
