Stewed Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    3 carrots, cut into pieces
    2 stalks celery, cut into pieces
Preparation
    Add water to cover chicken and cook until tender.
    Remove and debone.
    Heat broth and add dumpling and the chunky chicken.
