Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    2 c. rice
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring rice and sugar to boil; cook until tender.
    Take egg yolks and beat until smooth.
    Add milk to eggs.
    Take 1 cup of rice and add to egg yolks, stirring constantly.
    Add mixture to rest of rice.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Serve.
