Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    chicken parts (3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 breasts)
Preparation
    Combine soups, water, butter and mushrooms in saucepan.
    Heat and stir over medium heat.
    When warm and thoroughly blended, remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
    Add rice to saucepan and stir.
    Pour mixture of rice and soup into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Place chicken pieces on top.
    Pour remaining cup of soup mixture over chicken pieces.
    Cover dish and place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
