Nutty Yam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Can use canned yams, or boil fresh yams until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add sugar, butter and spices.
Mix well.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Turn into 3-quart greased casserole.
