Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo white syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. (24 c.) popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Add brown sugar Karo white syrup and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir.
    Boil 5 minutes; do not stir (at medium).
    Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour over popped corn. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    One popper = 16 cups, approximately 3/4 cup of popcorn.
