Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
Place in large casserole dish and bake 30 minutes. While in the oven mix 1 cup cornflake crumbs, 1/2 stick butter (melted) and 1/2 cup brown sugar for topping.
After casserole has baked for 30 minutes, remove it from the oven and put topping on it.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
