Stir-Fry Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 large green or red pepper, sliced
    2 yellow squash, cut into thin sticks
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chicken broth or water
Preparation
    Mix pork with combined cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and ginger; let stand 1/2 hour.
