Apple And Pecan Squash(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium acorn squash
1/2 c. butter
2 c. finely chopped apples
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Cut squash into halves crosswise; discard seeds.
Place, cut side down, in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Scoop out pulp, reserving shells.
