Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    2 cans taco sauce
    1 can green chilies
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Saute onions with hamburger.
    Add taco sauce, 1/2 can enchilada sauce and green chilies; let simmer. Grate cheese.
    Put hamburger mixture, cheese (all but 1 cup) and onion inside each corn tortilla; roll up.
    Put in 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
    Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas; sprinkle remaining cheese.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 until cheese melts.
