Seafood Sword Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. lemon (more or less)
    touch parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt (more or less)
    dash of pepper
    1/2 dozen skewers
    fresh shrimp
    fresh scallops
    large stuffed green olives
    lemon wedges
    cherry tomatoes
    lemon butter (1 part lemon and 2 parts melted butter)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients for basting sauce. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving last section of shell and tail intact. Add shrimp and scallops to basting sauce and let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring to evenly coat the meat.
