Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute eggplant and onion in large skillet until tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, cottage cheese, tomatoes, marjoram and pepper. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
