Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add cream cheese.
Beat until creamy.
Add yolk of egg and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Gradually add 2 1/2 cups of flour and beat.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet through cookie press.
