Candle Wreath Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. washed, torn mixed salad greens (per serving)
    raspberry vinaigrette
    canned hearts of palm, cut in 1/2 to make shorter \"candles\"
    pinenuts
    sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted in boiling water several minutes and chopped
    sweet red pepper, cut into candle-flame shapes
Preparation
    Toss greens with desired amount of vinaigrette.
    Arrange greens on salad plates.
    Place 1/2 heart of palm in center of each plate.
    Make a small slit in top of \"candle\"
    and insert a \"flame.\"
    Sprinkle greenery \"wreath\" with sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
