Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour before measuring.
    Resift with baking powder, soda, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Put soft butter in mixing bowl.
    Add gradually sugar; cream until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix together mashed bananas and vanilla.
    Add flour alternately with banana mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Beat for 1 minute.
    Pour in 2 greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
