Cherry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can sour cherries in water or blueberries
Preparation
    Mix together first five ingredients.
    Add Bisquick and cinnamon.
    Stir vigorously for 1/2 minute.
    Carefully fold 1 can drained sour cherries into batter.
    Pour into muffin cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
    Best eaten while still warm.
